Terms and Conditions

Effective as of JULY 2025

1. Service Agreement

By requesting or accepting services from Perfectly Square Lawncare Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our services include mowing, edging, trimming, and other lawn care-related tasks as agreed upon. Service frequency and scope will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

2. Scheduling and Access

Scheduled service dates may be affected by weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients are responsible for ensuring that gates are unlocked and pets are secured during scheduled service times. If access is not available at the time of service, you may be charged a service fee.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within seven days of receipt unless otherwise stated. We accept checks, debit, credit and ACH payments. Late payments may incur a $25 fee. Recurring late payments may result in suspension of service.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee of $25.

5. Service Guarantee

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Requests made after 24 hours may be treated as a new service request.

6. Lawn Conditions and Liability

We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or objects left in the yard. Please clear your lawn of debris, toys, and furniture prior to service. Excessively overgrown lawns may be subject to additional fees.

7. Weather and Seasonal Delays

Lawn care services may be delayed due to rain, extreme heat, or other unsafe working conditions. We will reschedule service at the earliest available time.

8. Contracts and Discounts

Customers who enroll in 6- or 12-month service plans may receive discounted rates. Early cancellation of such agreements may result in forfeiture of discounts or additional fees.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time due to non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or other violations of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

Perfectly Square Lawncare Co. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
